Los-Angeles-Probate-Lawyers - This website package is for sale.

www.Los-Angeles-Probate-Lawyers.com

Frankly, it is more than one site – it is three discrete sites (two not disclosed here). If you don’t yet have a website you will have 3 new ones working to bring you new customers.

These 3 websites are engineered to be your 365-24/7 Sales and Marketing People. While you sleep, while you are taking the weekend off, attending church – these sites are driving business to your doors! They are always working, always putting your business in front of NEW CLIENTS with zero payroll cost. Unlike sales people, they never complain and always deliver consistent results.

These 3 new marketing websites are your new Sales and Marketing Team!

When was a law written that a business can only have ONE site?  Most of our clients have half a dozen sites all specifically-designed to bring new customers through their business doors.

If you do have a site, but it is under performing – go ahead and keep it!  No need to spend money on new business cards, stationery and invoices.

ONE TIME COST: $2,000 for the 3-website Marketing Package. Monthly that is $200/month for 12 months. Many domain names without a website are more than this. Ridiculous! Of course, we will labor with you as long as it takes to totally customize the site for your business. Up to 15 pages over 3 discrete websites.

If you are new to having your own website and wonder WHY you might need one – let me bring you up to speed. You are busy in your industry and may not know how important the Internet is to a local business.

Some businesses use a Craig’s List ad that does not have an option to click-through to a website where you more-fully sell yourself.  Other businesses have shared with us that before they saw the value of a good marketing website that all they thought they needed was a printed Yellow Pages ad. Really?

Attorney sites are REALLY difficult to get on Google PAGE ONE in a region such as a county: Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, etc. After a site is a full year old, we can often get PAGE TWO in a general area of law. After a year we can get some PAGE ONE results in specialty areas: probate, trust-litigation, DUI, probate administration. Too many attorneys (many HUGE firms) with 10-year old websites fighting for 10 slots.  Tough work. We can still get you results, however. Do you have a couple of minutes?  We also fell into a niche web-marketing sector for auto repair companies.

The same way NEW CLIENTS look for an attorney hold true to the way a professional person who owns a BMW with the “Check Engine Light” pestering might look for a solution to their auto problem. This site is being aged and I am not actively looking for a home for it so I hope, if you are reading this, you don’t mind if I use something I wrote for another site the first week of March 2010. It is perfectly analogous:

In Whittier (or Los Angeles) 2/3's of people USE the Internet EXCLUSIVELY!

How do local Whittier, CA Residents find a new Auto Repair Business?

It used to be that the Internet only provided a place for people to shop for products or get map directions. Now, however, the vast majority of people (more than 60%) use the Internet to search for just about everything: including services in their local area. That means, instead of flipping thorough the phone book when they need a plumber, an auto repair shop, a dentist, or other local service provider, people are surfing the Web. This means that both today and in the future it is critical for local businesses to have a strong online presence.

Are you paying for one or more Yellow Page Ads?

Obviously, if 1/3 of your potential NEW CUSTOMERS are still pulling out the paper book, it makes sense to have some sort of presence on those pages. Many clever business owners have a small, inexpensive ad that asks the Yellow Page lookie-lou’s to visit their Website for current Specials and Coupons.

This often drags the Yellow Page user away from a book that has TOO MUCH information with TOO MANY choices. They move to their computer to specifically look up your website.  Frankly, however, the Yellow Pages in printed form are already in the Smithsonian alongside the rotary dial wired phone and the Buggy Whips.

Click Here for an actual story of an 4-store Zippo’s Car Audio business in New Jersey and their Yellow Pages story.

Do you pay some Yellow Page operation for a website? That too, is a pretty pricey deal with very little measurable results. Not only that, when you stop paying those big monthly fees your site vanishes as if it was never there.

If you have such a site; a free site, a Do-It-Yourself site like Tripod, or VistaPrint or some other “quickie,” – check where it is when you search for your industry. What Google Search Result Page is your website found on?

Does it matter? You have NO IDEA!

May I share a quick story? The other day I was following up on a promise to contact a doctor on a matter unrelated to websites. One of his patients had given me his office phone number. When it was time to call, I had misplaced the hand-written note with the doctor’s name and phone number. I remembered his first name but I was fuzzy about his last name. No problem I thought!  I’ll Google his specialty in his city (Brea) and there HE will be: his business name and address, a needed clarification of his last name so I would know it when I called; and, of course, his phone number.

I was Wrong! I couldn’t find him! I was surprisedvery surprised…

Since web marketing is my specialty, I was very curious. Maybe he just moved to Brea. Maybe he doesn’t have a website? Preposterous I thought. I got to pondering the ramifications. I could have been referred to him as a new patient and I would not have found him. In some situations I have little patience and I can tell you that when I set out to make an appointment with a new business I am on a QUEST! I will FIND someone, and make a CHOICE in short order so I can get on with my day. I might easily have written off the personal referral and taken the easier solution of settling for one of his competitors. Not good for my new doctor friend I thought.

The next day I cleaned my huge desk and found the slip of paper with the EXACT SPELLING of the doctor’s last name and his office phone number. But by this time, I was less interested in the number and more interested in WHY I could not find him. I went to Google search, and with his last name, I was able to find his website. I poked around and noted that it was a free or almost-free VistaPrint “starter” website. I peeked at the source code and there was no SEO efforts applied which explained it not being FOUND when I searched the day before. When I met him days later I told him I was concerned about him and his business as pertains to NEW PATIENTS finding him via the Internet.

This just happened and is a great story for you business owners who do not yet have a website — or perhaps you do have a site — but like the doctors’ non-performing website, your website is less than STELLAR… It is likely that you are its only visitor – as you periodically check to be sure it is STILL THERE…

My little exercise to find the doctor’s phone number is exactly how YOUR potential NEW CUSTOMERS are looking for you each and every day.

If you are NOT FINDABLE – you will not be found.

Simple truth – a harsh reality.

but we can FIX that… )

Your potential customer’s NEED is still there. While they cannot FIND you, they are FINDING someone!    Just not YOU…   ( not yet. )

In my recent situation, I had painstakingly searched Google for the doctor’s specialty in Brea.  Brea is one of Orange Counties’ smaller cities having a population of only 35,500.

For his privacy let me call him an Obstetrician. My search string I typed into the Google Search Window was: Brea Obstetrician

His practice —his very ECONOMIC SUCCESS— was not to be found on Google’s Page One.  Not on Page Two. Not even on Page Ten!

There are likely no more than 20 competitors to him in Brea, BUT his VistaPrint website was utterly ineffective. A new patient (aka: NEW CUSTOMER) would never have discovered him.

Shoot for Google and the rest will follow...

After meeting him and sharing my observations, a day or two had passed. During a subsequent phone call he said to me: “Hey…, I’m on Page One on Yahoo.” Well, I was floored that he was on Page One on ANY search engine, let alone cash-strapped Yahoo that charges businesses $300 per year to even be indexed. And, let’s face it, Yahoo, at 8% of the Search Engine business, has fallen so far from grace in the past 7 years as to be almost irrelevant. So Yahoo searches won’t be bringing a business many clients as a percentage of the local population looking to find you.

Like I said, I was surprised at the doctors’ comment so I took a look for myself. He had the good fortune that Yahoo Maps had this doctor’s practice listed and the URL to his VistaPrint website was there. Woo-Ho! Seriously! Good for him, because that little accident might result in a new patient sometime in a year.

But my new friend was wrong – his website had not been FOUND…  Being on a Yahoo or Google Map has nothing to do with the search results. Most searcher’s eyes are looking below the Map to the actual SEARCH RESULTS for a real website URL that they can click on and visit. In this case, I poured over 16 pages (each page has 10 results).  After looking carefully at 160 results of this doctor’s specialty: “Brea Obstetrician” and  ”Obstetricians in Brea”  he was NOT found by Yahoo Search either. My new doctor friend’s ineffective website was NOT in Google or Yahoo results when searching broadly for his SPECIALTY in his very own city. This is a terrific business lesson!

This is not a tutorial on Search Engines. But I find that a lot of people who might have a website do not understand why they have never gotten a NEW CUSTOMER from their website.

If your Auto Repair Business is named: Ben’s Mercedes Specialists LLC and you have a starter website called www.bensmercedesspecialists.com, you might think you are FINDABLE when you go to Google’s Search Window and type in: Ben’s Mercedes Specialists LLC

Well, as Homer Simpson might chime-in: D’OH!

Of course, with that SEARCH, you should FIND your own vanity site!

But come on…

If you are not a seasoned web surfer, let me share with you HOW your NEW CUSTOMERS are searching for YOU. First of all, they don’t even know a “BEN,” nor would they think to search for a Ben in the auto repair business.

Sorry…

You have to step away from your business and figure out WHAT your potential NEW CUSTOMERS are searching for. Moreover, seasoned searchers are also savvy about “filtering” their search results. They will add the name of their city to their search because they don’t want to have their results cluttered by businesses in Sacramento or even Santa Monica! Their city is Whittier!

Here is your TYPICAL NEW CUSTOMER’S Search String:

“Whittier Auto Repair”

Are you at your computer?

Try it yourself.

Try a Google search for: “Whittier Auto Repair

Do you see where:

www.WhittierAutoRepair.com

is found?

Google PAGE ONE!

  • INCLUDED: one 3-website package for Whittier (population: 83,680)

If you have a website now and it is on PAGE 3-10 you are virtually INVISIBLE!

GOOGLE Page ONE is always our target when we are working for you. Page TWO will bring you a steady stream of business as well. We want our sites to be in the FIRST 20 Results on as many common Search Strings as possible! Doing so will absolutely make a DIFFERENCE in your check book balance!  It is the difference between STRUGGLING and SUCCESS.

Why settle for a completely ineffective website that barely makes it onto Google page-3, or page-10 or page-20 when you can have PAGE ONE and TWO for dozens of critical search strings which your NEW CUSTOMERS are typing in each day in their efforts to FIND YOU?  This is what we do. It is not easy.

And while getting on Page ONE is more involved than matching the domain name to the expected “Search String,” we work to get the site FOUND on about 20 of the MOST COMMON search strings so that your business has a significant opportunity to be FOUND each and every day by your NEW CUSTOMERS.

Whittier Auto Repair -  This website package is for sale for the auto repair business that wants to be FOUND by new customers who may never drive past their shop or like the majority of Whittier residents: NEVER opens up a Yellow Pages Book.

If you don’t have a Strong Internet Presence bringing you new business in today’s market where 60% of your NEW CUSTOMERS are looking for YOU there – on the web –  isn’t it time that you consider having your very own GEEK on your team?

We would be honored to audition for the part.
